About Yanhui Huang

Yanhui Huang is an experienced Yoga and Pilates teacher with a Sino-Swiss background. She was a Chinese acrobatic gymnastics champion and graduated from Beijing Sports University. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in programs such as Yoga, Pilates (mat and equipment), Ruyi Taiji, Gyrokinesis®, Gyrotonic® and Body Balance in Switzerland and China. She teaches both group lessons and private lessons.


What is Pilates?

Pilates is a demanding, systematic, very effective whole-body workout. The concept is based on the interplay of breathing and strength and stresses body and mind equally. Pilates strengthens the muscles, especially the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. This improves posture, frees the joints and makes the spine flexible. The exercises improve strength, flexibility and coordination, increase body awareness and reduce stress. Pilates is aimed at everyone who wants more positive energy in everyday life and at the same time wants to get their body in good shape. Your workout is arranged individually and based on exercises with large equipment developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates. Here in particular we can work body coaching, i.e. prepare you and your body for its very individual challenges in everyday life (keyword office work and office stress) and leisure time (such as golf, horse riding, tennis). You will become stronger, more relaxed and more productive. In one-to-one training, you can work very individually and effectively, according to your personal needs and wishes.

what is Gyrotonic

The Gyrotonic Method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency. After more than 2 years of daily Isha Yoga practice, I feel a big difference in my body. My old injuries got much better and my energy level is much higher. So I decided to apply for a 21weeks 1750 Hours intensive Hatha Yoga teacher training in Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu State, India.(July-December 2021)

Now I am also a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher and happily sharing my Isha Yoga experience with you. Interested and curious? Join one of the upcoming „Surya Kriya“ Weekend classes as designed by Sadhguru. Over 6 hours of weekend classes, you learn the full Surya Kriya Form, and you will be able to further practice on your own, i will continue give online support and offer review Session later.
